Matt Fillmore

I’m a certified Ontario teacher (Ontario College of Teachers) (I teach all subjects up to grade 8); I’m a member of Mensa; I have three university degrees; I hold the OCELT and ICTEAL accreditations from TESL Ontario (Ontario’s provincial second-language teaching accreditation body), for teaching English to students whose mother tongue is not English; I have a beautiful wife and two cats; and I believe that everyone can find their questions, and reach their potential.

Learning isn’t about “retaining” information. It isn’t about memorizing. (Are you a computer? No.)

Learning is about questions. If you can find your questions – the questions that make sense to you now, so you can explore them and take your next step forward – then you can learn anything.
